WebOffice is an online project management application with team/client collaboration, user management, multiple access levels, tasks, projects, and time tracking, task change history, file approval tracking, notes, client project sites, CRM, and Gantt charts

The main features of WebOffice:

1. All projects can be managed centrally (We don’t have to manage personal Microsoft Projects separately and then send e-mail to each other with attachments)
2. Projects can be shared with the team of assigned individuals, permissions can be set to view specific projects or set to ‘not to view’ the others.
3. Highly customizable e-mail notifications – e-mail notifications can be set to all or to specific events on a per-user basis (for example you can set your user to receive e-mail notification when task is assigned to you but not when message is posted to discussion area)
4. Files can be uploaded to each project/task. Uploaded files can be edited online. Versioning of the documents is supported, so multiple uploaded files related to the same subject can have a version stamp and can be viewed separately. This provides versions history. Peer comments to uploaded files are supported. Uploaded files can be marked as ‘Approval Needed, Approved, etc.’
5. Comments can be placed almost to everything.
6. Reports can be customized and saved. Predefined reports exist that can provide a quick snapshot of the projects available
7. Discussion (forum) is provided for each project and task.
8. Notes area for each projects is available
9.Active phases of ongoing projects are displayed
10. Each project (with one mouse click) can be converted to a separate web page, that will provide a ‘web-site’ for dedicated project. This project web-site is highly customizable as well
11. Content of the project can be kept private or can be ‘published’
12. Interface is very intuitive and easy to use, project and forum threading is performed in seamless manner.
13. Calendar functionality is provided with some graphs available.
14. Client Organizations can be added so the projects can include external clients and external clients can be made part of an ongoing projects.
15. Working hours can be logged and attached to the project
16. Database web-base search is provided. Forums, posted comments, projects, etc can be searched.
17. Bookmarks area is available with simple functionality to category folders and bookmarks. Comments can be placed for bookmarks. Bookmarks can be made private for specific users or generally accessible
18. Preferences can be set on a per-user basis
19. General maintenance is available from the web page that includes User Management, Service Management, Database backup and restore, Logs, edit Settings, Edit Database, etc.
20 All project information can be exported with one click into the cvs format, which in my understanding provides some degree of interoperability with other systems.
21. Each user of the system has his own ‘Home’ are where he can view open tasks assign to himself, home area has also ‘My Reports’ section, as well as discussions, notes, and uploaded content.
